Short, because our data practices are short.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us about your company. Separately, we measure how the site itself is used. That is described below.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages get read and see which of them lead to an enquiry. It is configured with every advertising storage category denied and Google signals switched off, so it sets a first-party cookie to recognise a returning visit and nothing more. It does not build a cross-site profile of you, it is not used to target advertising, and your name, email address and message are never sent to it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we honour it: no identifier is stored, the visit is counted in aggregate only, and nothing carries over to a second session. To opt out entirely, use Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list without an explicit opt-in.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after 24 months. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period our contract and tax obligations require, then deleted.
Client data we process
During an engagement we access advertising accounts, analytics and, where relevant, customer data within your own systems. We work inside your instances under your access controls, and we do not export customer-level data outside them except where a documented modelling task requires it.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@fm.digital and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will note the revision date here. This version is effective from 1 January 2026.
